| Located on a prominent commercial road in Pune, the building houses India’s largest ‘Fabindia Experience Centre’; one of the most popular retail brands selling Indian crafts. As it was per-decided that the building would be leased to Fabindia, the elevation of the building needed to be in response to the brands image. The terracotta red colour, wooden rafters at the entrance along with the Indian pattern jallies all spreading across the elevation add the typical ethnic Indian touch to the building yet retaining its contemporary character. |
